My sister bought this for me. I have rosacea, dermatitis, and dry skin. (what a combo!) I have tried many milk cleansers, gel cleansers, bar soaps (that are made for the face) and nothing worked well with my skin. They cleansed well but made my skin dry and caused flares. I do not have acne so I cannot attest to that but this cleanser works great and is effective. I did not use on my eyes, I just use grapeseed oil to remove eye makeup. This did not cause any irritation and it does reduce my facial redness a lot, my skins does not feel stripped, face feels soft, and cleanses great. I do not use washclothes or anything on my face. I apply and use my fingertips to gently massage the cleanser around my face. (I always wash my hands before touching my face, that is important. It avoids transfer of bacteria to the face.) My review is based on using this product for 2 weeks before making this post. I would not post a dishonest review because having these skin conditions is not fun and can be very painful.
